We're a small software company from Gran Canaria, based in Las Palmas.

Works, as in the engineering works of old: a small team that gets handed the hard problems and comes back with something that works.

1949 is the height, in metres, of Pico de las Nieves, the peak everyone on the island calls the top. Strictly speaking, Morro de la Agujereada beats it by a few metres. We went with the Pico anyway.
